What mode of payment is accepted?
Wild Yak Records accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and PAYPAL. For the customers in Nepal,  Wild Yak Records also accepts bank transfer and cash deposit to Wild Yak Records bank account.

Return Policy

The return policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately upon posting of the changes on the Site.

1. We take utmost care of the products. We make sure that the products won’t be susceptible to moist, water or other variables. Before shipping the product, we wrap the items to secure from water and moist. Wild Yak Records.com is not responsible for the damaged incurred during shipping. We will try our best to replace the damaged product or we will replace with other item(s) of your choice for the equal value or less. If you do not want replacement, we will refund to your credit card, Paypal account.

2. Wild Yak Records.com will post the purchased items to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any incorrect address provided by the buyer.

3. WildYakRecords.com is not responsible for any delay of shipment due to unforeseeable circumstances like strikes, demonstrations, earthquake etc. We will promptly email you regarding the delay and expected date of shipment. We are not responsible for any damages, stolen or lost incurred by Courier services. We will try our best to assist you in recouping the money.

What should I do if the item is not received or not as described?
Please contact Wild Yak Records with detail problem and if possible with picture. After reviewing, Wild Yak Records will get back to you within 2 business days. Please make sure to return items within 14 business days after the delivery for the full refund. Anything after that will not be eligible for full refund or any refund at all depending on the situation.

What should I pay attention to when returning the item?
Please make sure to ship it securely along with the tracking number. If items is lost during the return and no tracking number is provided, Wild Yak Records will not issue refund.

When will I receive the refund?
Wild Yak Records will access the problem with the problem and within 2-4 business days after receiving the product, Wild Yak Records will credit your credit card or debit card, PAYPAL.

How do I get the shipping cost for the returned item(s)?
If the cause of the return is based on Wild Yak Records’s oversight, customer will get the credit for full incurred shipping cost. But if the cause of the return is due to the buyers oversight then buyer will have to pay in full, for the incurred shipping cost.

Shipping and handling

We take utmost care of the products that are sold on Wild Yak Records website. Products are stored in a very professional manner. We make sure that the products are not susceptible to moist, water or other variables. Before shipping the product, we wrap the items to secure from water and moist. Wild Yak Records is not responsible for the damaged incurred during shipping.

Some of the products (international shipments) must be cleared by local customs. If the product needs to be cleared, buyers may have to go to the customs and pick up the products.

We ship products once a week, usually on Mondays.

Shipping Rates
Wild Yak Records primary source of shipping carriers are UPSS, DHL and EMS.  Wild Yak Records is not responsible for any other cost incurred by the destination country’s laws and regulations.

We will issue the refund for the cancelled products if your credit card has been charged.
