Underside, iconic heavy metal band from Nepal, is roaring back again with a powerful new single and a highly anticipated UK tour. After a brief hiatus, the band is back with the banger release of “Love Hate Love,” a track that showcases their signature heavy riffs and benevolent themes.

“This project embodies the highs and lows we’ve experienced during our time away, and we can’t wait to share it with you.”

This album has been a long time coming, with plans originally thwarted by the Covid pandemic in 2020. “What Divides Us” – EP features total 4 songs: “Crisis,” “Live a Lie,” “Animals,” and “Sky Burial.”

From the band’s Facebook page, “After a hiatus, we’re back and thrilled to share “Love Hate Love,”. This project embodies the highs and lows we’ve experienced during our time away, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Your unwavering support has been our driving force.”

Underside is set to perform at Download Festival 2025 in the UK this June, followed by a headline show at the iconic 100 Club in London according to their Facebook post. This marks a significant return to international stages after having to pull out of Download Festival last year.

Apart from their music, the band continues its work with Metal For Nepal, a UK-registered charity supporting vulnerable children in the Himalayan region.
