Kathmandu, Nepal 9/1/2025 Nepali stoner/sludge metal pioneers Shree 3 have released their highly anticipated third studio album, Halla Nagar. The album is now available on all major streaming platforms.
An All-Nepali Album
Halla Nagar marks Shree 3’s first all Nepali language album. The nine-track collection blends heavy riffs, stoner grooves, melody, space and raw energy with socially conscious themes.
The songs explore political unrest, migration, illusions, inner peace, and the everyday chaos of life in Nepal. Previously released singles Paatra, Rangamanch, and the title track Halla Nagar are featured alongside new material.

The album features two unique collaborations: “Akriti”, with lyrics by long-time friend and fellow musician Ktm Souljah, and “Ladai”, based on a poem by Nawaraj Neupane, a poet and blood cancer fighter whose resilience deeply inspired the band. Recorded at Audio Ecstasy Studio and Broken Egg Studio, Halla Nagar was mixed by Asish Shrestha (Audio Ecstasy) and Bishal Nepali (Broken Egg) and is proudly promoted and supported by Wild Yak Records.

About Shree 3
Formed by veteran guitarist and vocalist Sarad Shrestha, Shree 3 are among the pioneers of Nepal’s stoner and sludge rock scene. The band also features Rozet Gurung on bass and Samrat Manandhar on drums. Known for their raw experimental sound and powerful live performances, Shree 3 continues to push boundaries with each release, blending heavy riffs and socially conscious themes.
